If your office is situated within a 20 mile radius of our office we aim to get a technician to your premises within 4 hours. Our technicians are fully trained in disaster recovery procedures so that you can feel confident that everything will be alright - even if it does not seem that way at the time!

Home customer support Service

For many people, the dismantling and removal of their computer may not be a valid option. Ask about our home health check option, we may have just the solution.

We can visit, diagnose and in many cases carry out the repair or upgrade in your own home. This service will be particularly useful for elder and disabled customers who would have great difficulty in moving their system. Should the PC need returning to base for major work, we will collect the system, and when the work is complete, return it and set it up as we found it.
